Refund Policy


General Policy

All payments made to Trend Research for subscription services, research reports, or advisory access are voluntary and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.


No Refund After Activation

Once a service is activated, access is granted, or research content is delivered, no refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances.


Refund Eligibility (Limited Cases)

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment made for the same service
  • Technical error resulting in failed service activation
  • Payment deducted but service not initiated within a reasonable timeframe

Non-Eligible Cases

Refund requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after subscription
  • Market losses incurred during trading or investment
  • Failure to understand the service before purchase
  • Partial usage or dissatisfaction with performance
  • Delay caused due to incomplete KYC or incorrect information provided by the user

Refund Process

To request a refund (if eligible), you must contact us within 48 hours of payment with complete transaction details including payment proof, UTR number, and registered contact details.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days through the original mode of payment.


KYC Requirement

Users must complete the KYC verification process to access services. Failure to complete KYC does not qualify for a refund once payment is made.


Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension of services and legal action if deemed fraudulent.


Regulatory Note

Trend Research operates under SEBI (Research Analyst) Regulations. Services provided are research-based and do not guarantee profits or returns. Refunds are not applicable for market-related outcomes.
