All sales are final. No refunds shall be provided for the paid period of research services already availed by the Client.

Complaints or dissatisfaction regarding the quality, performance, recommendations, or outcomes of the services during the active subscription period shall not entitle the Client to any refund, compensation, or damages.

Refund for Unused Subscription Period

As per applicable SEBI guidelines, if the Client requests cancellation of subscription services, refund shall only be applicable for the unexpired portion of the subscription period.

The refund amount shall be calculated strictly on a pro-rata basis after deducting:

• Charges for services already availed
• Applicable taxes and statutory deductions
• Administrative and processing fees

Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds shall not be provided under the following circumstances:

• Market losses incurred during trading or investing
• Dissatisfaction with research recommendations or outcomes
• Partial usage of subscription services
• Failure to understand the service before subscribing
• Delay or restriction caused due to incomplete, incorrect, or unverifiable KYC documents
• Voluntary discontinuation of services during the active subscription period

Market Risk Disclosure

Investments in securities markets are subject to market risks. The Research Analyst does not guarantee profits, fixed returns, or accuracy of recommendations.

Any profit or loss arising from trading or investment decisions based on research recommendations shall be solely borne by the Client.

Refund Processing

Eligible refund requests must be submitted along with payment proof, transaction reference details, and registered contact information.

Approved refunds, if any, shall be processed within 7-10 working days through the original mode of payment.

Acceptance of Policy

By subscribing to the research services and making payment, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy, along with all disclaimers, disclosures, and terms published on the website.
